We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Despite our thorough quality checks, we acknowledge that mistakes can happen. If you receive a defective item, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. For defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Have your order number and details of the item(s) ready to share with our team. Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to send back the item(s).

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange. Please ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging, including any accessories, and that they are in the same condition as received.
